RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at The Pickleball Club, TPBC! If you are not over the moon with your purchase, we're here to help and make your experience as stress free as we can.

RETURNS

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging (including the plastic wrapping around the grip for paddles). 

Returns must be initiated via the above return portal. Items returned without first initiating the return process will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are not supported at this time. Please return your original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

MUST MEET OUR POLICY

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within two business days. The time frame for your refund depends on your card issuer's policies. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON ORDER:

Once an order is shipped, the address may not be able to be changed. The Pickleball Club cannot offer refunds for packages shipped to an address that the customer does not have access to.

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
